As of the time of this posting, it’s already October and Samhain, a powerful, magical holiday, is upon us. To enjoy this time of year, I thought it would be fun to share some witch-themed Tarot Spreads that you can try! (I made sure to add links to the original Tarot Spread creators, so if you can, please take a few moments to check them out if you like their Spread!) Of course, you don’t have to actually be a bona fide Witch to use these Tarot Spreads. I believe every one of us carries some inner magic that can be unlocked. So let’s have some fun!

(1) 5-Card Tarot Spread for Witches by Emerald Lotus Divination
I think this is a great, simple Spread that focuses on the magic practitioner or Witch. As I said before, I don’t think you have to be an actual Witch to use this Tarot Spread. I do think every person carries an element of magic within them that makes them special, unique and can be tapped into. So here’s the layout:

- Card 1: Card to Describe My Witchy Powers
- If it’s a Major Arcana Card, then you may hold some special traits or qualities that make you powerful or extra magical. If it’s a positive Minor Arcana card, then it’s the same idea in that you may hold qualities that not everyone else possesses, which give you strength and powerful abilities. If it’s a negative card, then maybe look at it from a positive point of view. Are you able to recognize and overcome these challenges/obstacles? Do you use times like these to your advantage?
- Card 2: How to Embrace Myself as a Mystical Being
- Look at the wisdom message behind the card. It’ll guide you into how to embrace the good (if it’s a positive card) or accept/overcome the bad (if it’s a negative card). Don’t feel hopeless or discouraged from negative cards, in general. View them as a source of guidance or something you need to address and overcome to unlock your full potential.
- Card 3: A Way That I Can Practice My Magic
- Look at the context or overall theme of the card. If it’s a positive card, maybe it’s a state or mind or specific time/place/scenario that marks the peak of your magical strength and abilities. If it’s a negative card, maybe you need to address or overcome these meanings/contexts first before practicing. Many times negative cards also carry positive messages/themes of hope, trusting one’s inner self, and guidance to persevere forward through difficult times. So look into that, too!
- Card 4: How I Can Gain More Witchy Knowledge
- If it’s a Face Card (Page, Knight, Queen, King), maybe it’s pointing you to someone that can provide helpful advice or maybe you can emulate someone who possesses those specific qualities or characteristics. If it’s a negative card, maybe you need to reflect and remember the lessons from personal life experiences that carry those same meanings/themes. If it’s a positive card, maybe you need to expand or firmly grasp onto those positive traits in order to gain more knowledge.
- Card 5: How I Can Be of Service to Others
- If it’s a positive card, maybe you can use these specific traits to help others. If it’s a negative card, maybe you can learn painful personal life lessons you’ve experienced in order to help others overcome similar ones. Maybe the card is showing a more specific scenario/time/place or simply expressing a method or technique in helping someone. It’s possible the card’s specific wisdom message is the key and you can use that to help others living a happier or more fulfilling life, even if it’s just a small action or gesture on your part. Remember, even the smallest acts of kindness, support, empathy, and compassion can go a long way and change a person’s life down the road.
Example Reading
I found some cute cat figurines and thought they’d be purrfect (sorry, not sorry, for the pun!) additions to bring the mood/energy that comes with this time of the month with Samhain and Halloween! So you’ll spot these little figures in my Example Reading images! Anyways, here are the results I received for this Tarot Spread.

- Card 1: Card to Describe My Witchy Powers –> Knight of Swords
- The Knight of Swords reveals notions of ambition, determination, fearlessness, and a strong masculine power. It shows one striving towards a goal and not letting anything get in the way. Danger, collateral damage, compassion, softness are not in the forefront. Wisdom Message: “Charge Forth, Brave Knight!”
- Card 2: How to Embrace Myself as a Mystical Being –> Queen of Swords
- The Queen of Swords serves as a reminder to not get consumed by swirling emotions or overwhelming feelings. One is protected and can clearly judge things/people objectively without being overly sentimental. Of course, one does care about others, but one is not indulging on that and is saving that emotional energy including compassion, empathy for later. Now is the time for reason, intelligence, common sense, logic, independence, and straight honesty. Wisdom Message: “The Sword Being My Scepter.”
- Card 3: A Way That I Can Practice My Magic –> The World
- The World is a Major Arcana card revealing achievement, completion, an accomplished goal, a fulfilled dream, and celebration. It’s a pure message of congratulations and showing a completion of a major life phase. It shows one’s most precious dreams and goals coming true. It shows one being a master of their destiny by overcoming the struggles/challenges/obstacles, learning the lessons along the way, and becoming a whole new person. It shows everything being aligned, in the right place, and one doing the right things for a successful outcome. One is connected to the Universe and the world. Wisdom Message: “Flying Beyond The Moon.”
- Card 4: How I Can Gain More Witchy Knowledge –> 7 of Swords
- The 7 of Swords expresses ideas of escapism, running away, dishonesty, or procrastination. It reveals one doing something really bad and running away before being discovered. It can express the feelings of being on the run, the panic of being watched, or the stress of needing to run away faster. This card forces one to ask themselves: What are you running away from? Are there too many responsibilities? Is it a matter of love, work, or commitment? It’s a topic that one doesn’t want to address. Of course, this card suggests that one stops, face reality, and address the problem. But right now, one is more focused on running, not solving. Wisdom Message: “The Great Escape.”
- Card 5: How I Can Be of Service to Others –> 2 of Cups
- The 2 of Cups shows love, balance, harmony, soulmates, or a peaceful relationship. It shows the symbolism of two entities joining together into a single union. It illustrates partnerships of any form, including friendship, romantic, or even business. It points out a relationship that’s equal, respectful, supportive, and nurturing. It can also show how opposites can still live harmoniously, such as darkness and light. Wisdom Message: “Two Become One.”
Interpretation
I had fun trying to connect the cards and figure out what the overall Reading is trying to tell me. This is what I came up with… My witchy powers can be described as one of ambition, fearlessness, and a determination towards reaching a certain goal (Card 1). I can embrace myself as a mystical being by reminding myself to not be consumed with overwhelming emotions or feelings (Card 2). Both Card 1 and Card 2 are both of the Suit of Swords, which really emphasize the Air and mental elements, so I take that as a big focal point and building a strong connection between the two cards. My powers rely on my mental fortitude (Card 1) and I can embrace this element within myself and continue thinking objectively with logic, intelligence, and honesty (Card 2). I can practice my magic abilities by doing so in times of celebration or achievement (Card 3). Maybe I can also practice my magic to help others overcome their struggles so they can achieve a cause of celebration or fulfill their dreams or goals (Card 3). I can gain further witchy knowledge by relying back onto my witchy powers (Card 1) and embracing myself as a mystical being (Card 2) during difficult times, such as when I’m running away from a problem, wanting to escape from an issue, etc. (Card 4). This card is also in the Suit of Sword, so I’m pretty sure it’s wanting me to rely on my Air/Sword/mental strengths and abilities during challenging times. As a result of doing so, I should gain more experience and, thus, knowledge. I can be of service to others by helping them achieve a life of harmony, balance, peace, and love (Card 5).
Do I think this is accurate? I’m not so sure… I mean, I have been too in the past by other professional magic practitioners that may gifts lie in truly understanding and feeling other people’s emotions/feelings/desire. I’m not sure if my witchy powers in this Tarot Spread really reflect that? Maybe it does in a different way? Maybe I was thinking about doing these Spreads for the educational purposes of this blog that it impacted my Reading? What do you think? Would you interpret my cards and Reading differently? Please let me know!

(2) 6-Card The Witches’ Power Tarot Spread by Mystic Myrelle
I really like this Spread because of the Witch, Samhain, Halloween imagery that is used for the card positions and representations (cauldron, spell book, black cat, skull, etc.). I think it really helps bring the Spread together in one big image that also helps you remember the cards in respective to their representations and how they may connect with one another. So let’s have fun looking at it!

- Card 1: The Witch Significator
- This card reveals information about the Witch (person, you) that’s the focus of the Reading. It also sets the overall tone for the Reading. What special power, trait, or quality do you possess? What’s your ability to transform energy?

- Card 5: The Skull
- A Witch’s skull is symbolic of the dead, of someone who lived and passed on from this physical world into the other spiritual realm. This card will reveal a wisdom message or piece of advice from your ancestors or someone in the spiritual world that knows you best.
- Card 6: The Broom
- A Witch’s broom is a form of transportation to take her from Point A to Point B. This card illustrates what you will need to take your plans further. If Card 3 was negative, this card may be a key to make the necessary changes to alter the future.

- Card 4: The Black Cat –> 10 of Wands
- The 10 of Wands shows that one is experiencing heavy burdens or responsibilities. Perhaps it’s occurred after reaching a goal or a new elevated status. One may feel burned out and one’s previous luxuries or abundance is suffering or no longer pleasurable, as a result. It can be a result of feeling too weak from carrying so much weight on one’s shoulders or facing too many tasks/responsibilities at once. The card warns that the pressures may be becoming too strong, and it’s urgent to recognize that it may be time to take a break, recuperate, and delegate, if possible. After some self-care and reorganization, one can experience life’s pleasures once again. Wisdom Message: “Burning Out Soul.”

One is to remain fair, objective, and to avoid dishonesty at all costs during this time. Right decisions need be made based on truth and sincerity. Justice will win in the end. Wisdom Message: “The Glow of Fairness.”
Interpretation
This Reading consisted of a lot of Wands, which is a Fire element and also are representative of the soul, desire, and taking action. I also noticed that there were two 3s in my Reading. The number 3 is oftentimes represents the notion of acknowledgement. So I tried to use these commonalities in my interpretation. I think this is relatively accurate, but please let me know what you think!
To start, I think the focal point of this Reading may be my desire to achieve deserving success, public recognition, which will boost my personal self-confidence (Card 1). I don’t think this card really reflects my personal strengths or qualities, but rather what is transforming my energy at the moment of this Reading being conducted… While I desire success after working so hard towards my goal (Card 1), I believe my acknowledgment of my progress towards emotional/mental healing from difficult life experiences is making a positive impact in terms of this goal (Card 2). As of right now, if I continue doing what I’m doing, I may come across new opportunities because of my concentration and drive to keep pushing forward (Card 3). To assist me on my journey, I should pay attention to signs from the Universe or some other force telling me that I may be starting to burn out or things are becoming too much to handle (Card 4). That way, I’ll be able to reorganize, take a break, and prioritize self-care before it becomes too late and things get worse or completely unmanageable. This also kind of connects with a wisdom message from either my ancestors or someone else in the spiritual world to remind me to be patient and prioritize harmony, balance, and inner peace (Card 5). This priority can be achieved by listening to the Universe and taking care of myself (Card 4). Lastly, to get me to my desires (Card 1), I need to be rest assured that justice and fairness will win in the end (Card 6). I just need to maintain patience and inner peace (Card 5) while prioritizing self-care, avoiding burnout (Card 4) because despite my previous life events (Card 2), by continuing to push forward (Card 3), the right decisions and outcomes will be made (Card 6).

(3) 7-Card Witches Tarot Spread by numerologyinfo.org
I thought this Spread was pretty cool because the cards are laid out in a Pentagram design, which is oftentimes used and associated with Wicca, Paganism, and those who practice Witchcraft. So I think this Spread is a good one who identify themselves as Witches, Wiccans, or Pagans. If you notice, the card positions are not necessarily focused on Witch-themes. Rather, it is a Spread used by those who practice magic with the card representations are pretty standard for Tarot Spreads. So here’s another Witch Tarot Spread option for you:

- Card 1: Present Position
- This reveals things as they are as of this very moment. It can show you and/or a situation you are currently experiencing.
- Card 2: Opposing Forces
- These are obstacles or challenges that are impacting or connected to Card 1.
- Card 3: Environment
- This describes your surroundings, including loved ones or society. Think how this impacts, influences, or sets the stage for Card 1.
- Card 4: Solution
- The card should show some guidance on how to overcome the primary obstacles/challenge (Card 2) and make a positive influence on the present situation (Card 1).
- Card 5: Outcome
- The conclusion of your journey involving the present scenario. If it’s a positive card, then if you follow the cards’ guidance (Card 4) you may receive this kind of outcome. If the card is negative, then if you continue down the path you are currently on or don’t make the necessary changes, this could be the outcome. At the same time, you could do everything right and still face a difficult outcome for the present scenario. It may be painful or distressing, but know that life comes in cycles and the bad things will end at some point and the good shall return back into your life.
- Card 6: Inner World Influences
- This shows what emotional, mental, and/or spiritual forces are in play. Sometimes simply being self-aware of these forces are beneficial.
- Card 7: Outer World Influences
- These are the external or material influences that are impacting you in some way. Sometimes simply being self-aware of these forces are beneficial.
Example Reading
I found this Spread unique in that I had to really look as to where the cards were placed since it felt a bit unnatural, such as going from right-to-left and have Card 6 and 7 being placed around Card 5. But, as a result, it kept me “on my toes” and really focused in the card meanings and position representations. For this example Reading, these were the cards drawn for me:

- Card 1: Present Position –> Strength
- Strength is a Major Arcana card that illustrates notions of inner strength, trust, and confidence. It can reveal a victory at the end of a road. It can also show beasts and passions that lie within someone. With inner strength, one does not express violence or hate, but rather patience, forgiveness, compassion, and love. One creates a safe environment with softer approaches and taming one’s internal and external beasts. One already carries the strength and confidence to overcome and conquer any obstacle or fear. This card suggests controlling impulses and not acting irrationally. Also, one should break and quiet down negative energies to find peace. Now’s the time to fight any personal doubt, for one will be stronger in the end every time. Wisdom Message: “Tame The Beast Within.”
- Card 2: Opposing Forces –> Ace of Cups
- Keywords for the Ace of Cups include emotional and spiritual fulfillment, new beginnings, births of new projects, one’s inner feelings, creativity, love, and fertility. It represents the beginning of love (maybe even a new romance) and new happiness. One is to trust their heart to be their guide, for unconditional love is the essence of everything. This card suggests to let one’s emotions show and flow with experimentation and no fear. Also, one should fill their heart with love and bring peace and forgiveness to all relationships. The Ace of Cups may also suggest that this is the time to start new projects for one can have confidence in their creativity potential. One can also offer themselves to others, life, and love. Remember, the more one gives, the more they shall receive in return. Wisdom Message: “Listen. Your Heart is Speaking.”
- Card 3: Environment –> 7 of Wands
- The 7 of Wands reveals a struggle, attacks, and competition. It also asks if one is prepared to face these difficulties/challenges/obstacles. This card encourages one to stand their ground and reinforce their self-confidence. Do not back down for it’s not a time for hesitation or doubt. Have faith in one’s bravery, determination, and capability to fight and defend when needed. The result of winning or losing is unknown, but one should be prepared and well-armed. Fear should not allow one to compromise. Wisdom Message: “Defender Of My Land.”
- Card 4: Solution –> 3 of Wands
- The 3 of Wands reveals opportunities, foresight, concentration, one who is a conquering spirit, and notions of boldness, temerity, and audacity. It shows support in emphasizing one’s courage and bravery in facing potentially scary things. One is well-prepared and motivated to keep going. One is encouraged to continue learning, growing, and conquering. Changes and challenging experiences will arise at some point, but one is strong and confident enough to face it. One is brave and ambitious with the foresight to overcome difficulties. Wisdom Message: “As Bold As I Am.”
- Card 5: Outcome –> The Sun
- The Sun is a positive card expressing new powers, optimism, happiness, and luck. It also illustrates one possessing a warm, golden energy and being blessed in all areas. This card brings joy, radiance, and success. It brings a warm, bright, and positive energy that fills one with confidence, enthusiasm, and a similar radiant power that can be spread onto others. One is no longer surrounded with fears and darkness, but rather being guided by the Sun’s light. The Sun card also may also suggest that something one has been hoping for lately is about to come true. Life wants to be your companion and encourage you to shout, “Yes!” It’s also suggested to enjoy this breakthrough moment to the fullest. Wisdom Message: “By The Sun Be Blessed.”
- Card 6: Inner World Influences –> Queen of Pentacles
- The Queen of Pentacles represents wealth, abundance, comfort, prosperity, financial independence, and generosity. It shows one being a rich and strong, independent being that’s worked hard to get where they are today. The goal is to create a safe, secure, comfortable home for themselves and for their loved ones. One knew they possessed the key to their own destiny and worked hard on the task of being a “mother of abundance” in a difficult, dark world. This card encourages one to continue working hard in having financial independence, creating a comfortable environment, and taking care of loved ones. It’s suggested that one’s mission is to create prosperity and security while nurturing those who need your generosity. Wisdom Message: “Abundance Provided.”
- Card 7: Outer World Influences –> The Hierophant
- The Hierophant illustrates notions of traditions, learning, rules that are to be respected, and guidance from a higher power. When one is faced between two potential ways: the traditional or the innovative way, one is to follow the traditional route for the innovative one is not needed at the moment. One is encouraged to adapt to what is already established or the way that has always been done. It’s not the time to challenge everything. Instead, one should follow and possibly even honor tradition. This card represents rules and institutions and encourages one to use this as your guide through the power of sacred teachings. If rules sometimes make one feel constricted or trapped, it’s encouraged to view them in a different light of providing reassurance and enrichment. For example, sometimes it may be beneficial to join a group that is well established or proved itself. This card may also suggest that it’s time to find the right teachers and to learn, study, and grow. Wisdom Message: “Tradition Is To Be Followed.”
Interpretation
There were a couple of Wands again, which is a Fire element and representative of the soul, desire, and taking action, so I tried to use this theme in my interpretation. To start, at the time of this Reading, it’s showing that I am possess an inner-strength that can provide me the confidence to overcome obstacles (Card 1). Recently, I was offered a job opportunity, which I feel quite grateful for (Card 2). But I know that this new beginning will impact the time I would normally take out of my day towards writing my blog… Ideally, I would not take this job, but it’s a necessity at this point in time. Things are a bit tough financially right now, which are causing a lot of internal stresses and challenges (Card 3). I don’t know if this job will truly solve or significantly help me during these stressful financial times, but I’m trying to be prepared for them (Card 3 & Card 4). The best solution I can do for this scenario is to concentrate on what I need to do, while utilizing my inner strength (Card 4 & Card 1). If I do this, my outcome will most likely turn out ok in the end (Card 5). Maybe by doing this job opportunity, I will become lucky with some form of success and gain optimism or happiness from it (Card 5). Internally I really do want to create a safe, secure, comfortable home for myself along with the financial independence to help with the tight money situation (Card 6). Also, the world oftentimes really does push that traditional narrative of “pulling up by your bootstraps” or work hard to get things done (Card 7). While this job and this societal expectation to do what you must do (not necessarily what you want to do) gain income is not ideal, it may still provide me with a sense of assurance and some form of enrichment (Card 7). Do I think this Reading is accurate? I’m not sure since I haven’t officially started the job yet… But it does provoke a lot of internal reflection and contemplation on how I feel about the whole thing.

- Card 1: Nature –> 9 of Wands
- The 9 of Wands show resilience, strength, and faith. It represents one facing challenges/obstacles but finding success in the end. One’s courageous and strong battle may have left them wounded with bruises or scars. In fact, the difficult times may not be done quite yet… one last round could be on the horizon before one can truly rest. However, one can manage this with the necessary fighting skills to succeed. So one is encouraged to keep their head high, not give up, grasp onto the hard-fought success, and be ready to go back onto the battlefield, if needed. Wisdom Message: “Still Strong For The Last Round.”
- Card 2: Internal Work –> The Lovers
- The Lovers is a Major Arcana card showing a special bond, a soulmate, along with the notions of choices, attractiveness. It can also illustrate the idea of being true to oneself. When seeing this card, one may instinctually think of a person, a particular Soul that you feel you have an eternal bond that is both emotional and spiritual. But at the same time, it can be something beyond a person. It can be something that one has a deep love for and is a part of your and/or your identity, whether that is part of you or a passion that you have (such as a personal interest, hobby, or career). This card suggests that now may be the time to choose and fight for that love, whoever/whatever that may be. But in order to succeed, one has to stay true to themselves first. Be clear of one’s values and stand up for what one believes is right. If they are experiencing self-doubt or confronted with a challenge, look at the situation with honesty for clarity. In this particular point in one’s life, the choice is not only important but essential. It comes down to 2 options: choose love or choose incorrectly. Wisdom Message: “Love Is Always A Choice.”

This card illustrates a leader who has their feelings/emotions under control and remaining objective, rational, and lucid.
- Card 7: Hibernate –> 2 of Pentacles
- The 2 of Pentacles carries illustrates one learning to juggle between different duties/tasks, managing at the best of their abilities, finding balance, and using time properly. It displays the work-life balance one must adhere to, where after hard work, one can play, but they’ll have to return to work. Since life is unpredictable at times, one must keep an open, flexible, and patient mind. It’s a delicate balance. This card encourages one to use their time wisely, by balancing work (family duties, career, school, etc.) and life (making one’s dreams come true). By managing and maintaining this balance, one will find a “happily ever after” ending. Wisdom Message: “Before Midnight.”
- Card 8: Full Moon Magic –> The Star
- The Star is a Major Arcana card that carries notions including renewal, luck, happiness, blessings, and dreams. It’s a card that brings hope, inspiration, and the message that nothing is impossible. It foretells a sweet future, including one of healing after rough life experiences. It shows one transforming from a caterpillar to a new butterfly with true wings. The Star encourages one to focus on the deep meaning and purpose of their life. This card is also supportive in saying one’s wishes will be granted and desired dreams will come true. One just needs to believe in themselves and their own luck as they will successfully achieve their destiny. Wisdom Message: “Wish Upon My Star.”
- Card 9: New Moon Magic –> Knight of Cups
- The Knight of Cups represents ideas such as following one’s heart instead of the head, using imagination and also action, and a quest for love. It shows someone who loves themselves and others, pursuing love/romance, and following their smarter emotional side rather than their mental side. One is guided by their feelings and always connected to their intuition. This card encourages one to express their love, manifest their dreams, and fight for their passions. It’s not enough to just merely feel one way, but they go further and act upon them. One should commit to the world and turn ideas into reality with all of their heart. This card suggests one should or is using their heart as their unique, strong compass. Wisdom Message: “Love As A Compass.”
- Card 10: Samhain –> The Devil
- The Devil reveals confusion, fear, addictions or addictive behaviors, along with the time to free oneself from obsession. One might believe they are controlled or dominated by inner fears, hidden impulses, and one’s worst addictions. In actuality, one may be responsible for these beliefs by giving the darkness this power. One may feel hopeless, trapped, or desperately attracted to the sensual beauty that darkness seems to provide. The Devil is a “tough love” card for it tells one to stop playing the victim and stop being ruled by restraining attachments. One has to want to be free from such bondage of such negative patterns/behaviors. One has the strength and power to overcome the deep addictions or darkness, so do it! Wisdom Message: “Will You Be My Slave?”
Interpretation
I noticed that two Kings popped up for this Tarot Spread, which may be symbolic of the Air elements (which Kings possess) and 2 Kings may emphasize the idea of a good partnership of some kind. I also noticed that this is the second time the Queen of Pentacles has appeared while doing these Witch-themed Spreads, so I took that as a potential sign that I should pay particular close attention to her this time. Not only that, there were 3 cards of the Suit of Wands (Fire element, desire, the soul, taking action) and 2 cards of the Suit of Pentacles (Water element, emotions/feelings, relationships, the heart). So I took these commonalities into consideration, too. So here’s what I’ve gathered for Reading:
This October, I should use this time to express my strength, faith, and resilience (Card 1). During this season, I should try to keep holding my head high and grasp onto what I’ve achieved so far, even though the journey may not be over yet by this point in time (Card 1). Internally, I can continue fighting for my love, whether that is to (a) continue doing what I love of blogging or practicing magic or (b) continue supporting, nourishing, and experiencing this love that have with my life partner (Card 2). Both have helped me heal tremendously and both passions/loves of mine have provided great spiritual insights simply by being true to myself (Card 2). Especially during the good times, such as when I contain pure energy, charisma, or achieve a goal/dream, I need to pause, be still and quiet (Card 3). It’s during good, successful times like these where I can take a moment to simply be and embrace the joys the Universe can provide. By doing so, it will remind me that the truly meaningful accomplishments were worth the hard work it took to get there. This will provide me the motivation and drive to keep going. In the meantime, until I reach those quiet times, I can continue learning from the difficult, challenging times that life may bring (Card 4). For example, I’m in a bit of tight spot financially now, which is causing some struggles and urges to fight to overcome it (Card 4). There is still something I can learn and study from this time that will help me moving forward.
For my psychic abilities, I can continue developing and expanding my metaphysical abilities by maintaining impartiality, objectivity, and keeping a clear eye on the matter at hand (Card 5). For example, if I use my magic practice to help others (like a Student providing a Tarot Reading for someone), I need to remain rational and calmly analyze the situation with fairness and a powerful intellect (Card 5 & Card 6). I really do want to help others, and I can potentially help them create a safe, secure, comfortable life for themselves by showing them that they have the key to their own destiny and encouraging to keep pushing forward (Card 6). This is something I want for myself, and I hope I can give this gift to others one day, too, based on my personal experiences. But as of right now, there’s still more that needs to be done. During the month of October, I may be well into my latest job opportunity and am struggling with maintaining a healthy work-life balance (Card 7). This juggling skill between work and play may be a bit off during this time. Considering during this time I’ll be really relying on my inner-strength (Card 1) and my loves (Card 2) to get by with potential work challenges with my work-life-balance (Card 7), I may feel as if happiness, blessings, my dreams, or even luck are leaving my life (Card 8). I may question the meaning or purpose of my life and feel lost (Card 8). As a result, instead of using my head (which is a big source of my metaphysical abilities), I may start following my heart full-fore (Card 9). I may have urges to pursue full-force towards my passions and fight for what desires/dreams I wish to make reality (Card 9). Lastly, for me, Samhain will be a time of confusion, maybe fear, and potentially addictive behaviors for instant gratification (Card 10). Maybe as a result of my work-life-balance being out of whack (Card 7), I’ll start to become consumed by inner fears or an existential crisis (Card 10) of where my heart truly lies (Card 9). On the other hand, maybe I would’ve been working very hard up to this point and Samhain is a time to take a break and celebrate by indulging in my desires just this once (Card 10), as long as I remember to get back into work when the time comes (Card 7).
Do I think this Reading is accurate? Well, considering that October is not done at the time of this posting, I honestly cannot say for certain as of yet! I guess I’ll have to see what unfolds!

Deck Used
For this post on Witch-themed Tarot Spreads, I used for this month’s reading was “Tarot de la Nuit,” by Carole-Anne Eschenazi and Alexandra V. Bach. I truly love this beautiful deck and use it quite often. If you’re interested in possibly purchasing it for yourself, you can find it on Amazon, a local bookstore or place that sells Tarot Decks, or other places.
